Versatile 4wd Drivetrain

The Jimny's ALL-GRIP PRO 4WD system empowers you to conquer all terrains with ease. In 2WD mode, it delivers smooth, quiet, and fuel-efficient performance, ideal for cruising on well-paved roads.

When you're ready for the wild, the 4WD mode steps in, providing you with a choice between high-range and low-range transfer gears. High-range 4WD grants you extra traction for the  ventures on dirt paths and gravel trails. Low-range 4WD, on the other hand, serves up maximum traction and torque, taking you through soft sand, mud, and steep, rocky terrain without breaking a sweat.

Steering Sensation

The ball-screw steering system strikes a balance, offering just the right amount of feedback without any pesky kickback. This keeps you intimately connected with the terrain beneath your wheels. The Jimny 5-door doesn't stop there; it's also equipped with a steering damper, amping up its on-road performance for a smoother, more responsive ride.

Mastering Descents with Hill Descent Control

Tackling the steep descent has never been this easy. Hill Descent Control takes the wheel when you're heading downhill, expertly applying the brakes as needed to maintain a steady speed. This leaves you free to focus on steering, all while gracefully descending at 10 km/h in High range or 5 km/h in Low Range
